Information about how the website and the proposed activated client-portal service process project enquiries.
Public website
The public portfolio and browser-only Image-to-PDF tool do not upload selected document images to our servers. The public project form collects your name, email, project title and production requirements only when you choose online submission.
Enquiry records
After Cloudflare backend activation and successful submission, project enquiry data is saved to the access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database for intake, quoting and follow-up. An enquiry reference is issued; notification email status is tracked separately. If the backend is unavailable, copying or preparing an email does not save anything to the website database. Email application providers may separately process content you send.
Private project files
Authenticated client and administrator accounts may use private R2 storage for source, reference, corrections and approved final files. The public website cannot enumerate or download another customer's project data. File transfers are subject to project access controls and the agreed contract. Do not attach unpublished manuscripts to the public form.
Access, retention and deletion
Business records and files are used to respond to enquiries and complete projects. Project-specific retention, deletion, backup and access arrangements must be agreed before handling confidential manuscripts; no automatic deletion or certified retention schedule is promised by this website. Security & service dependencies
Backend storage, email notification and project file transfer only operate when the Cloudflare D1, R2, Turnstile and mail-provider configuration is correctly deployed. A live portal may require administrator activation. Accessibility and QC validation are production services, not automatic public uploads.
