Over 8 years of hands-on experience in digital publishing production, including school textbooks, educational publications and John Wiley-related customer publishing workflows. Experienced in EPUB conversion, XHTML/CSS processing, structured content production, source-to-EPUB comparison, PDF–EPUB QC/QA, navigation, formatting, accessibility checks and final delivery validation.

MANUAL QC/QA SERVICE
Request secure submission instructions for EPUB and reference PDF/source files for professional quality review. Our QC/QA workflow covers XHTML/CSS validation, chapter structure, heading consistency, image placement, NAV/TOC links, internal hyperlinks, typography, accessibility, EPUBCheck, DAISY ACE and source-to-output comparison as agreed for the project.
The public service selector does not accept manuscripts. After account activation, confidential EPUB/PDF files can be transferred through the authenticated private project portal; production QC is not run automatically by this public site. QC tools are run after project intake, not automatically on this website.

Inspect authentic EPUB samples, chapter structure, navigation, styling and matching QC evidence. Open the full book reader or download the original EPUB for technical evaluation.
File evidence is sample-specific: 12 packaged EPUBs have historic EPUBCheck 5.4.0 evidence and new exact-file EPUBCheck 5.3.0 reports (October 2026), each with zero errors and warnings. Four original samples retain earlier QC PDFs; four supplementary portfolio editions have new checks after metadata corrections. DAISY ACE, screen-reader and reader-compatibility testing are not complete. Browser-only interactive/read-aloud EPUB downloads remain in development. 03 / QA & ACCESSIBILITY
Real portfolio validation artifacts, with untested accessibility items identified honestly. Reports correspond to specific samples.
Official EPUBCheck + AR Tool audit — 12 EPUB files (11 Oct 2026): EPUBCheck 5.4.0 was run on every exact downloadable file; all 12 passed with zero errors and warnings. Company attribution and truthful accessibility metadata were added to four revised editions, with non-registered dummy ISBN examples and stable UUIDs. DAISY ACE and manual reader/accessibility checks remain pending. View official EPUBCheck 5.4.0 results, exact SHA-256 hashes and AR Tool QC reports ↗
Independent rerun using the supplied AR v2.84 tool: All 12 downloadable EPUB files passed its bundled official EPUBCheck 5.3.0 with 0 fatal errors, 0 errors and 0 warnings. AR Tool internal audits recorded five nonfatal review observations (page-list sequence and table column counts). DAISY ACE: NOT RUN — its CLI is not bundled with the tool and cannot be installed in the current offline environment. No automated accessibility pass or conformance claim is made. See per-file validator outputs, SHA-256 and pending ACE statuses ↗ · DAISY ACE test results / setup status ↗
These logs are from your supplied original sample package. They do not apply to browser demos or newly built files.
Issues are assessed against the approved source and client acceptance requirements.
Not a certification: No claim of 100% accessibility. DAISY ACE, screen reader, reader compatibility and MathML speech testing remain to be completed before customer acceptance.

06 / THE PROCESS
Every project begins with agreed specifications and ends with traceable deliverables — so there are no surprises after delivery.
Confirm PDF, DOCX, XML, IDML, approved sample, rights and specifications.
Review complexity, expected deliverables, acceptance criteria and schedule.
Build EPUB content and markup following publisher-specific standards.
Compare source content, headings, figures, tables, references and links.
Document issues, apply changes and check the affected sections again.
Run only agreed validators and record real results and remaining limitations.
Package final EPUB, QC records, reports and delivery notes after review.
SCALABLE PUBLISHING SUPPORT
We can discuss single-book assignments, multi-title conversion, recurring EPUB corrections and batch QC/QA. Workflows are organized around publisher-specific style guides, approved samples, naming rules, consistent issue documentation and staged reviews.
ABOUT THE PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
Over 10 years of hands-on EPUB production experience, with a focus on clean code, sample fidelity, navigation and documented quality checks.
I work with XHTML, CSS, book structure, navigation, conversion and quality review. AR Brand New Digital Publishing Services brings this production experience to independent, project-based publishing work.
My approach is simple: understand the source, respect the approved sample, check carefully and communicate exactly what has been delivered.
CONFIDENTIALITY & FILE HANDLING
Unpublished PDFs, Word files, InDesign packages, XML, artwork and client specifications are treated as confidential project materials under the agreed engagement terms.
Request an NDA where needed, agree who may access the files, and confirm the transfer method and retention period before any confidential upload or delivery.
Files are exchanged through a separately agreed secure channel, not the public portfolio website. Access, correction versions and authorized use are defined for each project.
Enquiries are stored only when a configured backend confirms receipt; private manuscripts must be transferred through an authenticated project account.
Private client file transfer requires an activated portal account; the public enquiry form never accepts manuscript attachments. Please avoid putting confidential manuscript content in public enquiry text.
Request an NDA / secure transfer discussion ↗Approved clients can access project-specific quotations, milestones, corrections and private files after an administrator activates their account. Portal access requires the deployed backend, D1 and R2 bindings; an unconfigured system will show an explicit unavailable message.
Client Portal ↗07 / YOUR NEXT PROJECT
Submit one project brief for quotation, paid pilot or vendor onboarding. Files are transferred privately after an account is activated.
Start with a small paid pilot or send a sample specification. Pricing and turnaround are agreed after reviewing the source and production complexity.
Start your EPUB production or QC assignment with a clear project brief.
ONE PROJECT ENQUIRY SYSTEM
Submit a structured brief to our business database when the service is configured. You will receive an enquiry reference number after successful saving. Email preparation, copy and download remain available if online submission is unavailable.
Online success means the enquiry was saved to the configured database. Notification delivery is reported separately. Confidential files are accepted only inside an authenticated project portal.
Already a client? Sign in to your project portal ↗PROJECT ENQUIRIES & PARTNERSHIPS
Publishers can request a quotation, propose a paid pilot, or ask for a vendor capability statement to evaluate and onboard AR Brand New as their production partner.
Quotation process: Share a brief → Scope review → Quotation → Your approval → Production. Prices and schedules are not confirmed until we review the source and agree on requirements.
QUESTIONS
The source document, an approved sample EPUB or CSS, expected output format, navigation rules, accessibility requirements, page count and turnaround expectations.
Yes. Share the current EPUB and a defect list, reference PDF or approved sample. Scope can cover XHTML/CSS, navigation, figures, links, metadata and quality review.
Reports can include content and link findings, structural checks, issues and resolutions, validator outputs and delivery notes, depending on your agreed scope.
Yes. These services are available for scoped production work. Reading-system compatibility, EPUBCheck, DAISY ACE and accessibility acceptance criteria are agreed per project.
Multi-title requirements can be assessed and quoted after reviewing the source complexity, sample standards, target EPUB formats, validation scope and feasible capacity. No volume or turnaround guarantee is implied.
We agree authorized access, NDA needs, secure transfer, retention and deletion arrangements before source files are shared. The public website does not accept manuscripts or store project data.
Yes. Send specifications for a small representative sample and agree price, deliverables, revision scope and acceptance criteria before work starts.
Schedules are agreed after source review. Issues, correction requests and revalidation are recorded within the agreed revision process.
